Apple Cider Pork Loin Chops

  • 4 pork loin chops
  • seasoning salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 container frozen apple cider concentrate 8 oz


  • - Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  • - Use a large frying pan to heat olive oil using medium settings (ensure this pan is safe for your oven)
  • - Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and poultry seasoning to chops
  • - Place in hot oil and let brown
  • - Sprinkle chops with Worcestershire sauce and place in apple cider
  • - Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes
  • - Remove chops and place on a plate or rack, return frying pan to to stove using medium heat settings
  • - Stir sherry into your pan, stirring frequently and boiling until sauce thickens
  • - Serve sauce over chops"
