Zojirushi BB-PAC20BA BB-PAC20 Home Bakery Virtuoso Breadmaker

This product was recommended by Sally Stevens from FastPeopleSearch

The machine is beautiful, durable, and well-designed. Superb directions, well-crafted recipes, and the top-browner is an excellent addition. Got the Bakery Virtuoso in September and from the first loaf I knew I had the perfect machine. Fluffy inside, perfect crust, awesome rise. I started using it every other day doing different breads, cakes, jams, meat loaves. Whatever I tried, it came out perfectly. I shared ‘my’ creations with everybody who came by, my family, friends, friends of friends, even my doctor. I’ve been making bread in this beast from the minute it arrived. It is quiet, consistent, highly programmable, and efficient. Best kitchen appliance ever!

Breville BBM800XL Custom Loaf Bread Maker

This product was recommended by Alina Clark from CocoDoc

The Breville BBM800XL (hereafter called the 800) is an elegant bread maker. I’ve never liked machine bread so when my fellow breadaholic proposed getting a machine I was hard against it. However, we love to eat artisan bread and pizza, so I researched the options and agreed to give it a go. After using it for 8 months, about 5 times a week, I have to say we both love the Breville bread maker. One feature that we use constantly is the option to customize the oven’s kneading, rise, bake profile. I like my pizza crust to rise longer, at a lower temp. He likes to autolyze the whole wheat before adding the other ingredients and well he likes to change lots of things. It has been fun and a great cost savings.

Cuisinart CBK-200 Convection Bread Maker

This product was recommended by Melanie Musson from BroadFormInsurance

This bread machine is perfect for sourdough bread because it has several kneading and baking options, allowing you to customize the cycle for the unique needs of sourdough. In addition, thanks to its convection feature, it circulates the air while baking, resulting in an artisan-style crusty exterior that you don’t normally get in a bread machine.A favorite feature of this machine is its delayed start. Using this option, you can add your ingredients before you go to bed and wake up to a warm, fresh loaf of bread in the morning. It’s a solid and heavily-built machine, and thanks to that, you won’t experience the “walking” that happens with some other bread machines. Lightweight machines get moved around with the kneading cycle and sometimes walk off the counter, causing a mess.

Zojirushi Virtuoso Plus Breadmaker

This product was recommended by Stephen Curry from CocoSign

Ever since I bought my bread machine, I was happy that I was able to prepare delicious bread with a little effort every day. What I love about making sourdough bread on a loaf of bread is that it takes very little effort on my part but still results in a loaf that takes amazing! There are a variety of bread settings, dough settings (including the first sourdough), sweetness settings, and three manual settings, allowing you to fully utilize your new bread maker. It is very easy to use, so it is suitable for beginners. It does not come with a viewing window, but it does come with an ingredient and a yeast dispenser, which is very useful. The bread produced was well brown and well risen.
