- lb ground beef
- 1 g
- 2-3 allions green and white parts, finely chopped
- 1/4 cudry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbs Can seasoning
- 1 Tbs Dijomustard
- Salt and frely ground pepper to taste
- In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Form into 4 patties and cook over hot coals or in a large heavy skillet over moderate heat until done to the degree you prefer. Serves 4.
