- lb ground beef
- 1 allion green and white parts, finely chopped
- 1/4 p dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbs rcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbs Cabbean jerk seasoning
- Salt and fshly ground pepper to taste
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Form into 4 patties and cook over hot coals or in a large heavy skillet over moderate heat to your desired degree of doneness. Serves 4.
