Cubed Steak With Wild Rice & Mushrooms

  • 1 pound of cubed steak chop into square small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 package of wild rice mix
  • 5 mushrooms slice into thin pieces
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Saute the cube steak and melt the butter in a medium skillet using
  • medium heat settings until evenly cooked (brown colored)
  • Mix the cooked steak and juices, rice (4.5 ounces), water, mushrooms,
  • Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a pot and bring to
  • a boil
  • Reduce heat settings to low and let simmer for about 20-25 minutes
  • Serve and enjoy, adding pepper and salt as desired
