The plant is fermented, distilled and aged for a duration of 3 months; the name El Jimador Reposado translates as The Old Man. Its ancient way of crafting this drink gives rise to a myriad of flavours and unique experiences. The resulting drink is bold, rich, creamy and complex. It has a long finish that is peppered with vanilla, a hint of cooked honey and luscious almonds.

El Jimador Reposado is not the usual mass produced Tequila we are used to, it is a refreshingly smooth and pleasingly aromatic, with a flavour that really lingers, and is the perfect companion for a lazy Mexican Sunday afternoon. The only thing you can beat about this is the price. It is a little more expensive than your standard mass produced Tequila, but given the quality of product, it is worth every drop of Mexico’s finest.
