Ground turkey, bacon and cheddar cheese casserole

Ingredients

  • - 6 eggs
  • - 2 cup of shredded chicken
  • - 3/4 cup of gruyere cheese
  • - 3/4 cup of shredded fat free cheddar cheese
  • - 2 cups of shredded red potatoes
  • - Smoked paprika
  • - 1 Garlic clove
  • - sea salt and pepper
  • - 1 cup 2% milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a skillet cook the chicken
  • Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika in a bowl and set to the side
  • In a non stick baking pan lay out the shredded potatoes evenly
  • Next spread the shredded cheddar cheese and gruyere cheese on top of the potatoes.
  • Now pour the egg mix on top of the potatoes and cheese
