Meatballs with Cranberry Sauce

  • "For the meatballs:
  • lbs ground beef can sub pork
  • 2 gs lightly beaten
  • 2-3 oves garlic finely chopped
  • 1 cup ead crumbs
  • 1 tsp paika
  • Salt and fshly ground pepper to taste
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 cup ketchu
  • 1 cup tomato jce
  • 1 can whole berrcranberry sauce
  • 1 medium onion fily chopped
  • 1 tsp ground ginger


  • Preheat oven to 350°Treat a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the meatballs, mixing thoroughly. Form into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Discard the drippings and transfer the meatballs to a slow cooker (e.g. Crockpot™). In a medium or large bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce and mix well. Pour over the meatballs and cook covered on high heat for 3 to 4 hours. Alternatively cook for the same length of time in a preheated 350°F oven. Serves 4 – 6."
