Firehouse Chili

  • "tsp canola oil
  • 1 rge onion (chopped)
  • 2 gaic cloves (minced)
  • 1-1/2 s lean ground beef
  • 1 can (2otomatoes (not drained)
  • 1 can (15 kidney beans)
  • 1-1/2 Tbs chi powder
  • 1 tsp dried orano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Canne pepper to ste
  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat oil and add onion and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, till tender. Add beef and cook till no longer pink. Reduce heat to low and add remainder of ingredients, simmering 20 minutes till heated through, stirring occasionally. Serves 5.”
